Track Summaries
This course has 2 tracks. Each track has a separate data collection tool. For both tracks, you will collect and analyze data, identify gaps in care, and create and implement improvement plans to close identified gaps.
- Infancy and Early Childhood (0–4 years). This track specifically measures charts of patients seen for their 9-month and 2-year health supervision visits.
- Middle Childhood and Adolescence (5–21 years). This track specifically measures charts of patients seen for health supervision visits at ages 5–12 years and 16–17 years.

Both tracks are eligible for Maintenance of Certification Part 4 points from the American Board of Pediatrics. You may complete and claim points for one or both tracks.
