- When the visits are scheduled, ask the parent/guardian if there are any concerns
- Previsit questionnaire mailed/emailed/accessed via patient portal prior to the visit
- Previsit questionnaire handed to parent to complete in the waiting room
- Face-to-face communication with parent during visit (in-person or via telehealth)
