This goal of the EQIPP: Immunizations - Improve your Rates course is to help practitioners create a plan for improvement to address gaps YOU identify in key clinical activities.  In this course, you will use baseline practice measurements to identify opportunities to increase immunization rates through Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA) cycles.
