Referral to Community Resource

Community resources vary depending on the area in which you practice. Examples of community resources include Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) clinics, local places of worship, school districts, emergency numbers (eg, hospital, suicide prevention lifeline), gifted education, early childhood intervention, and parenting classes.
