Use these sources to find or create a resource list of pediatric dental providers in your area:
- Your state’s Oral Health Resource Guide (Search on ”your state” Oral Health Resource Guide in any search engine)
- Medicaid and CHIP Web sites
- State Department of Health—for a list of Medicaid providers
- AAPD Web site
- ADA Find a Dentist
- Insure Kids Now – See the Find a Dentist search engine
- Dental schools
- State or county dental societies
- American Network of Oral Health Coalitions—check your state’s coalition for a dental provider list already created or whether they may be willing to assist in creating one
- Community health clinics, rural health clinics, federally qualified health centers

- Federally qualified health centers (community clinics) – some, not all have dentists associated
- Early Head Start programs
- Head Start programs
