Co-Morbidities
This is a 17 year old girl with Rokitansky-Mayer syndrome who has had a right nephrectomy and has a mild unrepaired coarctation of the aorta.
She was not on any blood pressure medications. Blood pressure in clinic was between the 75th and 90th percentiles on repeat manual auscultation at 2 visits.

Impression/Plan:
This ABPM study shows sustained systolic and diastolic hypertension with a decreased systolic nocturnal dip. Masked hypertension is present and the patient needs to start on antihypertensive medication.
